Job Description Summary
To manage and control entry and exit of The Radburn Pools using CellBadge Security Virtual Badge Program located on the laptops. The location of the Gate Guard Station will be located at the main gates of the pools. Each individual/ family member must stop at this station to be logged in and or out.
Report to the Pool Manager(s)/Assistant any infringements of pool rules to ensure the safety of residents in the pool area.
Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays.
Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employees must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns.
Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
