Janet Lepson-Sedaka CMCA,AMS Community Manager As a seasoned management professional with over 19 years in property management, I’ve spent the last 11 + years working in an active adult community that began with one building and expanded to ten and a 20,000 square foot clubhouse. There were pools, tennis courts, bocce courts, shuffleboard with a multitude of activities and events for the active adult community. I have hands on mechanical knowledge and experience for complex building structures and have managed a staff of over 20 people. I have a highly successful track record of working effectively with Board Members, Management and Vendors. I am strong team builder and consistently bring together my staff, vendors and volunteers for the benefit of the association. I have managed a variety of properties, from rental and owned properties - high rise, garden style, individual homes, town homes and condominiums. |
